Country of Origin
How does a coffee beans country of origin effect the flavor of a coffee?
That’s a million dollar question. It’s like asking how a person from Peru is different than a person from Kenya. There’s no simple answer which makes it tough to define in a word or two. It is Anthropology which is the study of people and their places and all the relationships that exists between them. Same with coffee—soil, altitude, farming methods, processing, weather, rainfall?
