A blend we developed for Espresso. A \'Full Spectrum\' Roast. Usually consisting of three origins; One at a Light Roast, one at a Medium Roast, and one at a Dark Roast Level. Although this blend was developed for espresso, it is very good as a dripstyle as well, and also very popular for this application.
