    Our summer blend brings together two exceptional coffees from Ethiopia and Guatemala. The natural process Ethiopian Limmu contributes vibrant floral aromatics, tropical mango notes, honey sweetness, and a juicy body, while the washed Guatemala Nuevo Oriente adds crisp citrus acidity with hints of orange and lemon. The result is a lively, fruit forward blend with layered sweetness, bright citrus, and a smooth finish. 

     

    The constellation Argo Navis, named by ancient Greeks,  is the ship sailed by Jason and his Argonauts. Argo is just the right pick me up before all your summer adventures!

    Farmer: Luis Anibal Calderon

    Luis is a Huila Best Cup 2016 top 30 finalist. He was given a very small lot as a gift from his father, and, since then, has been expanding and applying better methods of processing techniques. He and his family work together as a team to run the farm. He collects only ripe cherries, ferments dry for 25 hours, then moves the coffee to his parabolic dryer.

    Description: This natural processed Brazilian coffee from South Minas is roasted light to preserve the natural sweetness of the beans. It shines with notes of citrus, almond and salted peanut flavors and has a smooth finish.

    Description:  Rich and sweet with tart acidity commingle with dark chocolate, molasses and grapefruit. Complex and unique from the rich Kenyan soil. Kenyan coffee is known for its in-your-face acidity and fruity undertones.

    Description: A blend of South American beans roasted darker than any of our other coffees. Our version of an “Italian roast” but still dropped right before second crack, where true Italian roasts are taken past second crack. 

    This is our most popular espresso blend and also makes a great dark roast drip coffee.
