“Our version” of an Italian Roast. Which is a true “vienna”. It is roasted darker than any of our other coffees, but still dropped right before second crack, where true italian roasts are taken past second crack. There's basically 4 different levels
American - lightest
Vienna - medium
French - medium/dark
Italian - darkest
